In the past, making a glass opaque would often means having the glass doors or window glass totally replaced with frosted glass. Installing and removing opaque window glass films is easy. To install, all you need is just a squeegee and a utility knife. First, you need to clean the glass any dirt or paint residue using normal window cleaning solution and a scrapper. Fill in a spray bottle with soapy solution. Spray the glass with the solution.



Then, remove the backing paper from the window film and gently place it on the window. It will float by itself as you move it to its correct position. Use the squeegee to squeeze out all the soapy water behind the film. You finish off by trimming the glass film to its correct size using the utility knife.



If for whatever reason you wish to remove the glass film, all you need to do is just peel off the film. You can even store it and reuse it again on some other window or glass doors.
